On 1 July 2021, Rehan Greeff took on the ultra-running challenge of the Smog Graham round in an aim to set a new fastest known time (FKT). The Smog Graham round is a 300km circumnavigation of the 32 boroughs of Greater London to the highest points in each of the boroughs.

The RFR 300 Expansion Challenge documents Rehan's journey of healing, overcoming loss, the lead-up to and the rollercoaster of the race itself... But he didn't go at it alone. He challenged the Run Forest Run community to run the furthest that they have ever run before (anything between 10km-100km) and together they set out to raise £40,000 towards the incredible work JAM (recently rebranded to ForAfrika) is doing across Africa.
